Parking & Valet Information for the Hats Off Luncheon

We can’t wait to welcome you to the John G. and Phyllis W. Smale Riverfront Park for the 20th Annual Hats Off Luncheon. To help make your arrival as easy as possible, here’s what you need to know about parking and valet service.

Self-Parking

Guests who choose to self-park may use the riverfront parking garage. Please enter at:

Mehring Way B — 124 E. Mehring Way

When you enter the garage, please keep the original parking pass you receive.

A complimentary parking validation will be waiting for you at your seat. Look for it inside the clear bag at your place setting.

Before leaving, adhere the parking validation to the original parking pass you received when entering the garage. As you exit, scan the barcode at the gate or give the validated pass to the cashier.

Valet Parking

Valet parking will also be available for Hats Off Luncheon guests. Please follow event signage to 124 East Mehring Way. Valet parking is available on both the north and south side of Mehring Way.

A Few Helpful Reminders

If you have not received your table assignment via text, please visit the registration table at the Women’s Committee Garden entrance.

If you have received your table assignment, you can head directly to the celebration. We’ll have the bubbles waiting for you under the Roebling Bridge.
