Hats Off Luncheon: Know Before You Go
The day we've all been waiting for is almost here! We can't wait to welcome you to the 20th Annual Hats Off Luncheon at the John G. and Phyllis W. Smale Riverfront Park. Before you join us on the riverfront, here are a few things to know to make your day as seamless (and as stylish) as possible.

What to Wear

Parking + Arrival
Guests may take advantage of complimentary valet parking or self-park in the designated event garage.
Self-Parking:124 E. Mehring Way, Cincinnati, OH 45202. This entrance is across from the Women's Committee Garden.
Valet: In front of The Women's Committee Garden, located just west of the self-parking garage on both the north and south side of Mehring Way.
If you choose to self-park, parking validation will be included in the packet waiting for you at your seat, so there is no need to stop anywhere for validation when you arrive. Please allow a little extra time for parking or valet before the Champagne Reception begins at 11:00 a.m.
Table Assignments + Check-In
Your table assignment will be sent to you via text before the luncheon, so please make sure we have your current cell phone number. Head right to the Roebling Bridge for a glass of champagne. No check in necessary. If you forget your table assignment or have any questions, please stop by our check-in table in The Women's Committee Garden. We're happy to help.
Stay in the Know
In addition to your table assignment, we'll use text messages to share helpful Hats Off Luncheon reminders and important event-day updates. We'll also use text to forward invitations exclusive to Hats Off Luncheon attendees and links to event photos. Please make sure we have your cell phone number, so you don't miss a thing.
