From programs offered through the award-winning Cincinnati Parks & Recreation Wellness programs, including hiking, yoga, dance, skating, and more, to vibrant community events such as live music, festivals, Family Fun Days, and volunteer opportunities, there’s always something happening. Whether you’re looking to stay active, learn something new, or simply connect with others, our events are designed to inspire, entertain, and create meaningful moments throughout the year.

Cincinnati Ballet Performance: Eden Park/Seasongood Pavilion
Hosted by The Women’s Committee of Cincinnati Parks, this special performance at Seasongood Pavillion in Eden Park brings the artistry of the Cincinnati Ballet into Cincinnati Parks. Join us for an inspiring evening of movement and music. Free to the community, this is an experience that celebrates both the arts and the parks that bring our community together.

Thanks to Skate Downtown Cincy, Riverfront Social kicks off with rapper, dancer and roller skater Royalty the Dreamgirl who will emcee, skate and perform her newest single while we vibe in the park with snacks, prizes, ping pong, artmaking, a live DJ and roller skating. Free to attend.

Spend your Saturday evening at the Castellini Esplanade at Smale Park and enjoy low-key live music, food, beer and drinks with a community atmosphere.

Sawyer Point Riverfront Rink: Ohio Stride Skate Workshop
Learn or perfect your Stride with Stride Champion Chris Landrum in this skating workshop. You'll warm up, walkthrough the movement and watch a demonstration, then try it out for yourself. Chris will be there to support, instruct and coach, offering tips as you go. This workshop is free - skates included.

Join Skate Downtown Cincy for a Jersey Skate Workshop. Do you love Jersey House music? Are you an intermediate skater looking to add some style to your movement? Join skate instructor David Chambers as he leads a workshop on Jersey style skating to introduce you to some new steps, skills and drills to get you started. Recommended for skaters who have mastered forward and backwards transition, as pivots are foundational to this style.

Thanks to Skate Downtown Cincy, you can join the Cincy SociaLights for an introduction to smooth skating backwards. They'll lead you through stretching, warmup, new skill introduction and breakdown, and guided practice to get you feeling confident dancing on wheels. Free.
