As part of Cincinnati Parks + Rec for Wellness, this Tai Chi class at Owl’s Nest Park invites you to slow down, reduce stress and improve balance through gentle, flowing movement. Led in partnership with the Osher Center for Integrative Health at the University of Cincinnati, this class is designed for all experience levels.
