As part of Cincinnati Parks + Rec for Wellness, this Pilates class at Sawyer Point invites you to build strength, improve flexibility and connect with your body in a supportive outdoor setting. Led by a certified instructor, this class focuses on core stability, posture and mindful movements for all levels.
