Join us for an Evening of Wellness at beautiful Ault Park with the Osher Center for Integrative Health at the University of Cincinnati. Throughout the evening, you'll rotate through a series of immersive experiences designed to support whole-person well-being. Explore expressive art, gentle yoga, tai chi, mindful forest immersion, and a music, each led by experienced Osher Center practitioners.
Move at your own pace, awaken your senses, and discover how creativity, movement, mindfulness, music, and time in nature can support health, resilience, and well-being.
Whether you're looking to reduce stress, reconnect with nature, or simply enjoy an evening of self-care, this unique experience offers the opportunity to explore evidence-based wellness practices while connecting with others in a welcoming community.
